How our odds comparison works

Salty Odds compares the quoted price for the same selection within a particular event and market. A green highlight identifies the highest available decimal price among the bookmakers currently selected. It is not a recommendation, an operator quality score or a prediction.

Demo data versus provider snapshots

The public review version shows labelled illustrative events and prices. Demo event times are examples, not a current schedule. The app is prepared for The Odds API snapshots, but live data is not connected to this version. When enabled, provider snapshots carry capture times. Prices can change after capture, and no live score or guaranteed availability is implied.

Selections, missing prices and ties

Comparisons use the selected market and your bookmaker preferences. If no bookmakers are selected, all available books are included. A dash means a price is unavailable. Where multiple bookmakers quote the same highest price, each can share the highlight. The low-to-high range uses only the available prices for that selection. Changing the odds format changes how the same price is displayed.

What the comparison does not include

The display does not independently verify operator eligibility, licence status, promotions, settlement rules or account restrictions. Fees, exchange commission, deductions and special terms can change the return. Confirm the current event, selection, market and rules with the operator. Casino RTP and volatility figures in this version are fictional sample data, not verified game specifications.
